On the outskirts, Nina St. Clair is a happily married wife and mother of two. However not all is as it seems as Nina suspects her doctor husband of being unfaithful while he works long hours at the hospital, and while she is trying to build a career of her own, she constantely lives in fear. When her long lost brother finds her after years of searching, she fears for the safety of her family as his obsessive violent ways return when he ingratiates himself back into her life.
